My first massage was amazing. Gemma was so lovely and welcoming, I felt calmed straight away. The massage itself was lovely and what set it apart was the cleanse before the massage, it made me feel refreshed and ready to relax. I will definitely be back.

Olivia listened to me regarding which areas to work on. I especially liked the part when I was on my back having sides of neck done from different angle. Nice touch also being sat up and handed the water. Easier to get up!

Had my first carbon facial with Charlotte today. So relaxing, the laser felt a little warm on my skin it did nip a little bit in 1 area but not painful. My skin is glowing and feels amazing. Charlotte explained everything to me and answered all my questions, will definitely be back for more.

Once again Michaela has excelled herself, I had a back neck and shoulders. It's not until Michaela has given you a massage and worked her magic and all the tension has gone that you realise has much tension you had. I felt absolutely fantastic 👏 afterwards. This is my 5th visit to Gaynor. I originally went after my lower back had been bad for 3 months and within 2 weeks of my first visit the pain and the flexibility of my movement increased dramatically. Have since booked monthly visits in which are helping so much. Gaynor is very welcoming and very professional, would highly recommend 👌

Lovely back massage which focused on releasing the knots in my shoulders The facial was very relaxing Overall the treatment and service was excellent.

First time at Chill Beauty and I will definitely be back! Booked for facial with Hannah and she was amazing. I haven’t had a massage in so long, so this was well overdue. My first time here and I chose it due to the location and the reviews, turned out to be a great choice. I don’t think I realised how badly I needed the deep tissue massage but I feel like a new woman! Thank you very much, Nikki, I will be back 😊

Amazing treatments and in a fantastic space. Coffee shop next door is fab too. Lots of parking at front and back of the building. Also really close to both motorways, making it accessible for most parts of Leeds and Wakefield.

My skin felt lovely and nourished after my facial and my massage was divine! I expected to feel some improvement with my back pain, but I was impressed that much of my mid back and rib pain decreased significantly. My low back is still a mess, but it's been 2 years that I've had extreme mid and low back pain. Reducing that has been very beneficial and couldn't have come at better timing. I'm definitely looking forward to my next massage with Gaynor!

Very friendly and welcoming and nicely set up relaxing establishment, Agata was professional and did a pre massage diagnosis to better understand what I needed, during my back massage she was careful and aware of any pain I may have felt and used some techniques that felt magical, really good payment system making transactions easy will definitely be using her services again, Dziękuję Agata

I had cupping treatment yesterday for muscle pain. The lovely Sam, was extremely professional and talked me through the procedure. My legs and back feel great and pain free today! Highly recommend! X

Absolutely fantastic. Michaela gets you nicely comfortable and then she gets to work with her hands and fingers. All of my aches and pains disappeared i was so relaxed at the end of my back, neck and shoulder massage. I can't wait until my next massage. Thanks Michaela.

Booked a hot stone massage with Danielle and it was so nice and relaxing. Bed is super comfy and it also had a heated blanket on it which was a nice touch! I’ll be back, thank you Danielle.
