I had a bespoke facial today with Charlotte and she was absolutely amazing. We did hydro and micro needling after asking my main skin concerns. She informed me of why she had chosen each stage, the benefits and explained how each step worked. She also gave some fab longer term skin care advice! I knew I was booking with her again after about 10minutes! I can see instant results so look forward to the next few weeks!

First Facial Ever! I’ve been coming to Jennifer for a while now and kept seeing her posts about how amazing the facials were—so I finally decided to try one for myself, and it definitely didn’t disappoint! It was such a pleasure to meet Chelle, another fantastic member of the brilliant House of Rose team. Her professionalism, kindness, and warm personality really shone through. After having my lips dissolved and beautifully re-filled by Jennifer last year, I knew from then on that I just couldn’t trust anyone else with my face. Today I’ve had a dermal filler package done and she has just done the best job ever, so subtle and natural yet such a difference it has made! she is truly magic 🪄 after loosing my spark for many years and having two disabled children so, of course, having bigger priorities.. she has brought so much sparkle back and I couldn’t be more grateful to her and the rest of the team. Very professional and informative. I’ve felt so relaxed and at ease on every visit. Martina takes the time to get to know you and what you would like to achieve with each treatment. I’ve had a fab facial in the past and recently had three area anti wrinkle injections. Martina is very knowledgeable and could answer all my questions about medications I’m currently taking!. Back for my third visit at Pink Moon and this time for a leg massage specific to an injury. Gemma was great at suggesting movements to help this and the massage was brilliant. The use of hot towels and the extra foot massage add on was a treat too!
