I just had a float followed by a Swedish massage and honestly feel incredible! The whole experience was so calming and exactly what my body needed. The float left me weightless and relaxed, and the massage released all the tension I’d been carrying — I feel completely reset. The staff were welcoming, professional, and made everything feel effortless from start to finish. Highly recommend this place if you’re needing to unwind, recover, or just treat yourself. Honestly my favourite spa in Gisborne. I absoloutely love Sarah, from my waxing appointment. She's so experienced and makes me feel so comfortable. The rest of the staff are lovely and kind aswell. The buisness itself is just so high quality and run so smoothly. thank you for creating this space!

This was my 2nd time at Oura Day Spa! Experience was great room was clean and cosy. Shan was very apologetic for having a little mishap with wax but made me feel very comfortable and made sure I was okay with everything which I found refreshing! Friendly and kind staff. Will be coming back :)

It’s was my first time having a Swedish Massage. I was a little nervous, thinking it may be painful, but it was absolutely amazing! It felt so therapeutic. Every muscle got worked on, and my body felt totally rejuvenated afterwards. This will definitely need to be a regular thing! Naomi is the best massage therapist in Gisborne!
