Lucy is genuinely amazing at what she does. Her massages are far better than any I’ve had at expensive spas, or even travelling in Thailand! She’s very skilled, knowledgable, warm and friendly and the environment at the retreat is super comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend the Relaxaflex treatment, especially if you’ve not tried reflexology before - It’s amazing!!

Absolutely amazing pregnancy full body massage. The room was cosy and comfortable, the pillows provided a lot of support so I was comfortable throughout. The scalp massage was amazing and I came out feeling relaxed and refreshed! Thank you!

A very relaxing and divine pamper with Astra. The deluxe facial includes an arm & hand massage, as well as a foot & lower leg massage, which was just lovely. Products used are natural and sourced locally in Manchester. A 'sublime' experience, thank you!

I had the most wonderful neck, shoulder and back massage with Hannah. She was so lovely. Her expertise and knowledge really came through during the experience. She really pinpointed and tackled my shoulder knots, and really was apply the ideal levels of pressure that I needed. It was the time I needed for myself, and really did my back a lot of good.
