I went to Carole with a terrible shoulder ache ( muscle and tendon tear) as a supplementary therapy along with my physio sessions. Carole did a session of reflexology and holistic massage for me. I have come back feeling so much better after her sessions and have been able to sleep without pain. Absolutely love the atmosphere at Touching lives and the positive energy. Thank you Carole.

I had severe lower back pain since 3 weeks. Carmen was very attentive in listening to the concerns. Her techniques were quite unique and it actually helped me. I came out of the clinic with relief on my back and very happy. I will visit again soon. Also, recommend Carmen if you want to get sports massage.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish, I felt so relaxed from the moment I stepped in, considering I was stressed and rushing around coming here, I was instantly calmed upon welcome at Touching Lives. My massage was wonderful, when I've been for a massage in the past it's either relaxing, or deep tissue and focusing on points where I am tight, however this massage was a combination of both. I've been having issues with my back and a lot of pain recently but the pain has subsided so much now that it's been relieved 😊 thank you so much I can't wait to return xx

I went for a Hollywood wax and had a really great experience. It was much less painful than I expected, and she made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. The Japanese Head massage was really great! Yolanda explained everything she was doing and what products she was using. I felt very relaxed and nearly fell completely asleep! My whole head felt refreshed and very clean and my hair was soft and very clean! I will definitely go back for more of this experience.

Elina was absolutely lovely and very welcoming. She gave me great advice on the eyelash style that would best suit my eyes, and it ended up being such a good decision — I love how my lashes look! The environment was very clean, and overall it was a fantastic experience. My eyelashes are honestly 10/10. I’ll definitely be coming back
