My facial with Anna was so amazing! She was so professional and caring throughout the experience and I felt so looked after. She was incredibly attentive and listened to the issues I had with my skin and gave me great advice on how to keep taking care of it. I got a chemical peel done and I have to say, my skin has never felt smoother or looked better! It’s so glowy and I can’t wait to be back for my next facial! I truly cannot recommend her enough!! Not to mention the location is beautiful and so calming as well! 🫶🏽

I have now been many times to Anna ranging from Botox facials polynucleotides ect & each time I walk out happy, refreshed, honestly feeling zen! And the results are outstanding! I came in today for my first ever Japanese headspa, wasn’t sure what to expect but Jess was amazing. She uses so many techniques not to mention loads of different oils etc. I got mine with the facial. My skin is glowing. Can not rate Jess Enough. The whole experience was stunning. I did feel a bit sick when o got home which Jess explained was normal so try and take it easy for the rest of the day after your treatment. 10/10 highly recommend. Defo be back to get more treatments from Jess ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve had several treatments here and it’s a great experience. My first treatment was a microneedle and facial. Laura was great, made me feel at ease right away in a location with a gorgeous view. Her technique was really good and was not painful in the slightest. After the redness had gone down, my skin felt really smooth with a good glow. The facial was also really nice and felt very relaxing. I almost fell asleep. Laura left me to relax for a few minutes afterwards which was bliss as I’ve got a very busy life. Wow! I had a hydrojelly facial with Jess and it was amazing! She was lovely, really kind and reassuring about my sensitive skin. The whole facial was so incredibly relaxing, the jelly bit was so nice! The head massage turned me to goo! There was a lovely steam and a weighted jade eye mask which was dreamy as well. I feel so relaxed and will definitely be back, thank you!

Best beauty salon in Liverpool. Only salon that can do my lashes as the beauticians listen to my request. I travel from the Wirral as the salons closer are a waste of money. Always offers and good value for money. Safe and clean salon which offers lots of different treatments. They have an app that is easy to use with prices and treatments available. Also you can collect loyalty points which can get you discounts. I would highly recommend and hope Lilly’s remains in business for many years.

My first visit to Hannah was dreamy! I had a lymphatic drainage facial and the pressure that released was incredible! To top it off she was the nicest person ever & I felt so cosy & relaxed!

ALWAYS a 5 star experience with Pearl!! She is the absolute best, so lovely to speak to, explains everything in detail and always has your best interests at heart so will recommend a slight change in treatment or amount if she thinks it will have a better outcome. If only I lived closer to Liverpool, I’d definitely see Pearl on a more regular basis!

My first visit to Anna and I felt so relaxed! I don’t usually get facials done due to having sensitive skin, however Anna reassured me that she will use the right cosmetics for my skin type. My skin now feels glowy and rejuvenated, will definitely be coming back🤍

Incredible Adele is the best ♥️ was so nervous about Botox as never had it before and she put me at ease and the results are amazing! I trust Adele wholeheartedly and definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else! Also had the micro needling and hydro glow facials with her which are fantastic- skin has never looked better x x

Absolutely lovely facial - probably the best I’ve had in my 50 ish years. My skin feels so hydrated and smooth - not tight or sore which is something I have experienced with other treatments. Had a really lovely experience and I’ll definitely book on for again.

The best she will have you looking amazing your in the safest hands in Liverpool she’s a doctor I recommend everyone to her and they all look fabulous and are so happy with there results she’s the BEST xxx

This was the best facial ever! Been meaning to write a review for ages. The treatment started and ended right on time. My skin felt really soft and clean afterwards and the head massage was so relaxing that i almost fell asleep:) 100% recommended. Just a small note: do not wash your hair just before the treatment (like i did:)) as you’ll have to wash it again to rinse the essential oils used for the massage.
