I'm so glad I found KS Therapies! Konstantin is not only highly skilled but also professional, friendly, and attentive. His range of massage techniques is excellent, it’s clear he is very highly trained. He's also very approachable and makes it easy to request any adjustments during treatment, which really enhances the overall experience. I've just had my first massage with Xenia and it was unbelievable! She really took her time in the places that needed most attention, and got knots out my legs that I never even knew were there! I felt amazing afterwards, and even felt some relief in my chronic lower back pain. I 100% recommend and will definitely be booking another session!

Xen is an absolute lifesaver. Been trying out different places for a while and this. is. the. one. Cannot recommend enough - also unbelievably easy to communicate with, ensures your comfort at all times. I have a muscular spasm that has been acting up more than usual and Xen literally gave me movement back that I haven’t had in a month. No pain, somehow just intuitively knows what needs what. Magic is real!

I’ve had the most amazing massage every time I have visited KS Therapies. I have neck and shoulder pain, and a deep tissue massage always makes it better. Both relaxing but also targets the areas that are sore and eases any tension. Highly recommend!

Konstantin listens to exactly what you would like, making the experience personalized and therefore, was exactly what I was looking for in a treatment! As well as been incredibly relaxing, the firm pressure was releasing tension! I will be back & would highly recommend to a friend!

I was in a lot of pain with my shoulder and neck and Gillian worker her magic with a deep tissue massage! What a difference it’s made, back again in 2 weeks for more of the same. Gillian will ensure the treatment is right for you targeting any troublesome areas. Been going to The One Lounge for years and all the girls are lovely as is the salon. Highly recommend for any treatment at all!

I’ve had many massages in Glasgow but this was by far the best! Sam is so professional and friendly and clearly well versed in all things lymphatic.
