Polly is amazing. We talked about my skin and what I wanted to focus on. I’d never had a buccal facial before so she explained everything she would be doing and the tools she would use. The room was super cosy, warm and comfortable. You can request whether you would like music or prefer silence to relax. The treatment felt incredible on my face but it also included massage of my neck and shoulders. I left there feeling brand new. I will 100% be back!

This was absolutely one of the nicest massage experiences I have ever had. Although I was expecting more of a facial than a massage, the massage elements far exceeded my expectations and it was a beautiful and calming experience. I've just come out of the best facial massage EVER! I was mortified that I'd missed my train and was late, but Polly made me feel like I was right on time, that there was no issue, and made it all wash away. I struggle with TMJ clicking, pain and jaw tension - and so this intuitive mix of shoulder, neck, face and intra-oral massage was completely perfect. It was as if Polly could speak to my tension - she tracked it without having to ask any questions, moved calmly with my body and helped so much tension melt with a gentle touch. I would wholeheartedly recommend a treatment with Polly!

Polly has the healing hands of an angel, the facial & massage was divine. The room was a cwtchy cocoon with a comfortable warm bed to relax in. A superb facialist. I couldnt recommend her enough. Thank you Polly
