It was an amazing experience. My facial was booked for Ladbroke Grove clinic. Shantelle the manager was absolutely amazing. She was very understanding and really easy to talk to as there was issue with my appointment. She handled it beautifully! I went to Wembley branch and Radhika did a fabulous job. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. I would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Diamond Skin & Laser Clinic! I came in for Fraxel Laser to help improve my acne scarring & overall skin texture, & I saw a huge improvement after my first session! My clinician was Dr Rolla, who from my initial consultation advised the best treatment for me, walked me through the procedure & made me feel at ease! I had the Glutathione IV treatment for the first time and I had a great experience from the start. The place was very easy to find and the clinic was very clean with a calm vibe the second you walk in. The staff were very kind, attentive and informative I would definitely recommend anyone to come here for their treatments honestly it’s the best clinic I’ve been to and I will most definitely be returning.

To be honest I found the premises not very clean, also the toilets were dirty. It would be nice to be offered at least a welcome drink as I waited over half an hour for the appointment
