Joanna 5 🌟 Just that there was some confusion with the person who was supposed to be doing the laser to me! Started by Sam then taken over by Joanna and no information was given to me! However, Joanna is yet another fantastic laser therapist who brings her own unique skill set and expertise 👌✨ She made the whole experience comfortable and reassuring. I had to cancel my appointment due to a professional reason but the manager Rita she booked me straight away within the 1 hour gap. What melt my heart that she kept her premises open for me 15 min extra so that I can make it. Her overservice has earned my respect and the dedication she has for her clients its clearly noticeable. I knew I needed the temple glow ritual but had no idea how much until it began. The guided affirmations at the beginning were beautiful and grounding. The dry body scrub awakened my skin and brought me home. The massage and facial were divine. I thought I needed focus on my back but am pretty sure I left this planet when Ivy massaged my legs. My grounding, what holds me all day everyday, my strength. Being able to let go breath and have devoted touch. Thanks for a beautiful experience

It was the best massage I think I’ve ever had so relaxing and so peaceful but I think she forgot to massage my arms ❤️ are you meant to get your arms done in the full body massage? And the facial was amazing too.
