I have been coming to Hannah since she first started in Swansea. My monthly membership treatments with her are the highlight of my month. I have lived/travelled extensively around the world, and had many treatments. Hannah's massages and facials are definitely in the top three. Her firmness and lightness of touch are nothing short of intuitive! Hannah is friendly, personable and professional. Hannah always makes me feel really comfortable and takes time to check what I want. My back massage was fantastic and my facial continued to make me feel so relaxed I almost went to sleep. My skin feels and looks so much improved from when I walked in. I’ll most definitely be back!

The new venue is beautiful. You can see how much thought and hard work has gone into it. Hannah was really friendly and made me feel so welcome, as always. I had a massage here today and it was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The therapist was professional, welcoming, and immediately put me at ease. I arrived feeling incredibly tense and stressed, and left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The treatment itself was one of the best massages I've ever had. The pressure was perfect, attention to detail was exceptional, and every area of tension was carefully worked on. The environment was calm, clean, and relaxing, making the whole experience even better. I can't recommend Jennie enough!

The whole experience was 5 stars! The ambience of the spa as I walked in put me into a relaxed state before the massage even began. Jenny was very welcoming and took me to the room and gave clear instructions for me to get ready. The bed was soft, warm and comfortable, and the massage was excellent. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed!
