My lymphatic massage with Liz was amazing. She’s very knowledgeable about the body and its processes. I’ve had many lymphatic massages in the past but this has been by far the most effective one I’ve had. Thank you and I will be back every month :)

I had an amazing facial with Jann. My skin looks and feels great. Must do this more often.

It was wonderful. I treated myself with the help of Jann who did my facial. Ive not treated myself in a very long time to the luxury of a facial. And yet the first part of your body that goes into stress mode is your facial muscles---bet you were unaware of that. SO I have booked myself for a facial every 3 months. It's not really a treat---its keeping the stress of life at bay by relaxing all those muscles in your face with a magical facial. Looking forward to the next one. Thanks Jann

The best service and experience.

Always some new and fun at New U. Jan was teaching us some country western dance steps. When you are an older person it’s good to learn something new. It keeps the brain engaged like learning a new language. We did a great workout as well. Love this place🏋️🩷

This is my home away from home. When I wss away on vacation I hated not being there working out with friends and our coaches.
