I had surgery last week and had had to postpone my appointments for a week. Kadie was so helpful on the phone and managed to just lift the 2 appts and put them in the following week even though I know they're very busy. I went yesterday and had my nails redone by Danielle and I was looked after and treated like glass almost by them all as I'm still in pain. Unfortunately Sam was ill so Lou stepped in did my facial and I walked out feeling like a new woman. I cannot recommend these ladies enough, they are all so considerate and very good at what they do. Leanne is lovely and always explains what she’s doing. Fab facial and I can already see an improvement on my hyperpigmentation and my skin tone.
