I’ve been coming to Prept for over 5 years and I’ve had a fantastic experience every time. From gel nails, lvl lashes, facials, hair colour, keratin treatment and styling. It’s great that you can get access to so many different services in one place. All the ladies who are based at Prept are so friendly and welcoming, it’s always a fab atmosphere to relax and have a chat. And they each pay real attention to detail with their treatments. Lisa gave me my head spa and facial 😍 it was wonderful, so relaxing 😌 and was made to feel so welcome and comfortable. Lisa also does hair too so she gave me lots of advice, highly recommend and will definitely be going back! Also they do so many other treatments at aesthetically yours, there was even a reflexology lady there whom they were trying out, now that I would definitely have done!

Back from seeing Laura having had my filler injections around my chin and jaw areas. Fabulous experience as it didn’t hurt at all (I’m a bit of a softy!). I’ve previously had facial fillers above my cheeks, along with my lips, with Laura and knew I was in very good hands. We discussed which areas would be best for what I wanted to achieve and I’m thrilled!!! There’s no bruising whatsoever and the swelling is minimal. Really thrilled with the results already and a huge boost to my confidence!!! Can’t thank Laura enough for her gentleness, expertise and professionalism.

Lovely friendly staff, therapist very nice. Never had a facial where the therapist wears gloves for entire time. Not sure if this is new policy but does detract from the experience. Sound and feeling of the plastic on my skin.

Took mum for ageing skin advice/treatment on recommendation from a family member. The Treatment room was impeccable and relaxing, gorgeous smelling candles and diffuser smells. We were welcomed by Emma and made to feel at ease from the get go, nothing pressured just good honest advice. We will definitely be visiting Emma again for a facial skin treatment for mum and have since purchased the medical grade creams as advised by the lovely Emma . Can’t recommend highly enough if you feel nervous or not sure if it’s the route you want to go down, Emma is the right choice for you . Thanks Emma

Kelly and her colleague are super nice people. They have not been at that salon for long so I am sure when they settle in more it will be even better than it is now. I had a facial and it was really relaxing. My face was glowing afterwards and felt really clean. Eager to try other products and procedures
