I had a wonderful experience at The Derma Clinic. Rachel is incredible at what she does. I had an amazing dermaplane facial. The results were instant and I honestly looked like I’d been revitalised! I also experienced a beautiful guided meditation which was a lovely surprise. Rachel is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I’m really looking forward to my next appointment!

I’ve been coming to Prept for over 5 years and I’ve had a fantastic experience every time. From gel nails, lvl lashes, facials, hair colour, keratin treatment and styling. It’s great that you can get access to so many different services in one place. All the ladies who are based at Prept are so friendly and welcoming, it’s always a fab atmosphere to relax and have a chat. And they each pay real attention to detail with their treatments. I’ve just had my second Illumifacial and I can already see an improvement in my skin. My first session resulted in a dark sunspot disappearing and a noticeable improvement in my drooping around my lower face. My husband actually commented on it! Back from seeing Laura having had my filler injections around my chin and jaw areas. Fabulous experience as it didn’t hurt at all (I’m a bit of a softy!). I’ve previously had facial fillers above my cheeks, along with my lips, with Laura and knew I was in very good hands. We discussed which areas would be best for what I wanted to achieve and I’m thrilled!!! There’s no bruising whatsoever and the swelling is minimal. Really thrilled with the results already and a huge boost to my confidence!!! Can’t thank Laura enough for her gentleness, expertise and professionalism.

Had Botox with Charlie a few weeks ago and was so impressed with her knowledge, professionalism, and the natural results she prides herself on. I was so happy that I decided to treat myself to under-eye polynucleotides and a collagen induction facial. She’s so lovely and makes you feel completely at ease. I can’t wait to see the results over the next few weeks!

Lovely friendly staff, therapist very nice. Never had a facial where the therapist wears gloves for entire time. Not sure if this is new policy but does detract from the experience. Sound and feeling of the plastic on my skin.

Had a fabulous facial, brows and lashes done today with Ciara. Ciara is excellent at her job, checking regularly that you are feeling comfortable. Walked out after my treatment feeling fabulous

First time for my Mirconeedling facial which was amazing! Definitely has the knowledge to know what your skin needs! The facial itself was relaxing I loved the skin prep she did before hand! I am glowing! Can’t wait to be back in a couple of weeks! ☺️
