Ciara is amazing, talks you through your procedure. I explained how I want my lips to look and she understood, but made them look even better. I also have a lash lift and tint, my lashes look incredible! Also for someone who suffers social anxiety, Ciara made me feel so at ease and relaxed!

I’ve been coming to Prept for over 5 years and I’ve had a fantastic experience every time. From gel nails, lvl lashes, facials, hair colour, keratin treatment and styling. It’s great that you can get access to so many different services in one place. All the ladies who are based at Prept are so friendly and welcoming, it’s always a fab atmosphere to relax and have a chat. And they each pay real attention to detail with their treatments. Rio always makes my eyelashes look gorgeous. She has great attention to detail and since my first lash extension session, she's really got the right shape to go with my eyes. I've been struggling to find someone who can shape my eyebrows well, I've constantly left other beauticians feeling disappointed after feeling like they rushed the shaping. As always fantastic, love my visits. This one was just what I needed walked in looking and feeling rubbish walked out looking a lot better and feeling better. After one of her amazing facial’s so relaxing just what I needed to help when I’m stressed. Like always she’s done an amazing job with eyebrows and lashes wouldn’t trust anyone else to do them.
