Tracy was great with my daughter who was a little nervous about getting her ears pierced and had a lot of questions 🤣 Tracy explained everything really thoroughly, hygiene standards were impeccable and the jewellery choice was amazing! We went to Tracy for my daughter’s first ear piercing and came back again for her second ones. Just as before, Tracy was friendly and welcoming, explained everything clearly and put my daughter at ease. She was quick and efficient when doing the actual piercing and explained all the aftercare well. Excellent experience and would recommend.
