Five stars doesn't even do justice to this facial experience! From the first touch, I knew I was in for something special. Yasmin was not only knowledgeable but also passionate about skincare. The treatment was customized to my skin's needs, and the products used felt luxurious. My skin has never looked this good – it's smoother, clearer, and has a beautiful glow. I left the spa feeling like a new person. This facial is worth every penny!

I have really high expectations when it comes to facials. I also feel like I know my stuff. I spent some time watching Ambers instagram skin care videos before booking an appointment. I was not disappointed. Amber is knowledgeable, thorough and very thoughtful. I had THE best facial I’ve ever had in this country. Just perfect. Can’t wait for my next one.

I've been seeing Maria Giovanna for facials for a while now and I can't recommend her highly enough. She has a real understanding of reactive and acne prone skin — mine always leaves feeling refreshed and genuinely cared for. What I appreciate most is how professional and thorough she is: she explains everything she's doing, gives thoughtful advice, and clearly takes the time to understand your skin rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. I have been to so many places for treatment. That's including very popular places in Central London as I lived near Central befor I moved to Crystal palace. I was looking somewhere new for my treatment and I found this Gem call " La Belle Jolie"!!!. Outstanding treatment came with Outstanding service from all the staff. I simply Couldn't thanks enough. Also staff are full of positive attitude. I definitely not going anywhere else now. I wish I can give more than 5 stars.

Guida removed skin tags for me on my neck and I had a hydra facial. She reassured me all the way through when removing the tags and was very quick and easy. The hydra facial was amazing and a lovely treatment to have in between peels. The confidence Guida has giving me back in my skin is absolutely priceless.

I live visiting here I booked a total detox package with Jasmine there is always a warm friendly welcome and it’s a pleasure to be in the lovely presented salon. The sauna is great everything very clean and the massage and facial were very relaxing I will be returning!

Lovely relaxing experience, just what I needed after a long work trip to reset the body. Massage was nice with good pressure. Very gentle with the extractions during the facial which was much appreciated. I feel refreshed for the week ahead, will be returning next time.
