I have been having facials, brows, waxing and the odd pedicure at Angela Louise now for over a year! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s friendly and professional. She always make me feel comfortable and relaxed! She intuitively knows if I want a chatty conversation or something more relaxing. If I’ve had a busy / hard or stressful time her facials are my go to stress relief. I have always been abit self conscious about waxing but Angela makes me feel comfortable by keeping me chatty and calm! Highly recommend. 😌

I love my visits to Vanity on Blackbird Road Leicester. The staff are always friendly, professional and offer a high quality service to their customers. The salon is immaculately clean and Covid safe.

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I absolutely love my treatments with Naz .I’ve now had 2 x Morpheus 8 treatments and 2 Hydra-facials . I’m noticing fantastic results .. I also trusted Naz to decide on which products would be best suited to my skin needs ,after only a few weeks of using I can already feel the difference in the texture of my skin and a reduction in fine lines and pigmentation ,so thanks Naz for introducing me to your Zo products . After moving to Leicester last year it took me a while to find a clinic ,but I’m pleased to say that I won’t be going anywhere else .🤩 Debbie

The salon is immaculate and Sam is always welcoming, professional and friendly. It’s always a treat to come here! It’s the best salon by far in Leicester! Even better than the big names like Clarins.

Lovely relaxing facial

Wonderful experience for my first Hydra facial treatment. The facial was just what I needed, leaving me with an instant glow. Very relaxing and calming atmosphere. Certainly recommend this treatment. I also had a skin analysis done before the facial, I learnt so much about my skin, what it needs and what steps I can take to take care of my skin. Thank you so much Molly.

I booked a mani and pedi and to say the least went in feeling drab and left with not just my nails looking fabulous but overall uplifted with the whole amazing ambiance and the staff are very professional and welcoming … definitely my fav nail spot in Leicester .

I had a facial with Molly today and all I can say is wow—what an incredible experience. It was beautiful, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. I absolutely loved it and can’t wait for my next appointment ✨

This beauty spa is a real gem tucked away discreetly in Leicester. A real oasis, the salon was very clean and the environment tranquil despite being in a very busy area of Leicester. I had the 60 min body massage, my therapist was Hollie she is great very friendly welcoming and professional. I was so relaxed during the massage that i dozed off for awhile. I could have easily stayed there for another hour. I will definitely go again and recommend to anyone considering this. Tens stars to Vanity......... AM Leicester
