I have been having facials, brows, waxing and the odd pedicure at Angela Louise now for over a year! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s friendly and professional. She always make me feel comfortable and relaxed! She intuitively knows if I want a chatty conversation or something more relaxing. If I’ve had a busy / hard or stressful time her facials are my go to stress relief. I have always been abit self conscious about waxing but Angela makes me feel comfortable by keeping me chatty and calm! Highly recommend. 😌

I love my visits to Vanity on Blackbird Road Leicester. The staff are always friendly, professional and offer a high quality service to their customers. The salon is immaculately clean and Covid safe.

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Greta is very precise at creating beautiful lashes and knows what she’s doing. Probably one of the best eye lash and semi permanent brows make up artist in Leicester she’s not the cheapest but really makes you feel and look special Would I recommend Greta to friends and family…. Already have

The salon is immaculate and Sam is always welcoming, professional and friendly. It’s always a treat to come here! It’s the best salon by far in Leicester! Even better than the big names like Clarins.

Amazing facial, neck, and shoulder massage with Beauty by Mel today. It was so relaxing and really helped me unwind and feel completely de-stressed. She used a variety of techniques that felt incredibly soothing, and Mel was very professional throughout the whole session. I also had my eyebrows waxed and tinted, and she gave me proper full coverage—they look great! I’m so happy with my beautiful pampering today. Wonderful treatment, room and lady! Angela was so warm and welcoming in her really beautiful home! I had the facial and it was ever so relaxing and my skin has never felt so smooth! Definitely recommend.

I booked a mani and pedi and to say the least went in feeling drab and left with not just my nails looking fabulous but overall uplifted with the whole amazing ambiance and the staff are very professional and welcoming … definitely my fav nail spot in Leicester .

Molly did an incredible hydrodermabrasion facial. My skin is left feeling glowy, hydrated and rejuvenated. Will definitely be back for regular treatments.
