Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

Wonderful staff and very professional. I was given a glow facial and threading a lady called KHUSHI. She did an amazing job! Thank you for making me glow. I would definitely recommend them if your in Leicester definitely try them out they do a whole range of beauty A++++++

I have been having facials, brows, waxing and the odd pedicure at Angela Louise now for over a year! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s friendly and professional. She always make me feel comfortable and relaxed! She intuitively knows if I want a chatty conversation or something more relaxing. If I’ve had a busy / hard or stressful time her facials are my go to stress relief. I have always been abit self conscious about waxing but Angela makes me feel comfortable by keeping me chatty and calm! Highly recommend. 😌

I booked a mani and pedi and to say the least went in feeling drab and left with not just my nails looking fabulous but overall uplifted with the whole amazing ambiance and the staff are very professional and welcoming … definitely my fav nail spot in Leicester .

This beauty spa is a real gem tucked away discreetly in Leicester. A real oasis, the salon was very clean and the environment tranquil despite being in a very busy area of Leicester. I had the 60 min body massage, my therapist was Hollie she is great very friendly welcoming and professional. I was so relaxed during the massage that i dozed off for awhile. Wonderful experience for my first Hydra facial treatment. The facial was just what I needed, leaving me with an instant glow. Very relaxing and calming atmosphere. Certainly recommend this treatment.
