I have went through 5 other salons since moving to the west end of Ottawa but this is the one I'll be returning to again and again. I appreciated the small talk, complimentary drinks and how sweet everyone was! 10/5 stars!

She customized every step, using high-quality organic products that smelled amazing yet gentle enough for me. The makeup consultation was excellent - answered all the questions I had, I learned I was using some wrong colours, Sarah showed me some application techniques and recommended products. No pressure at all. The facial was exquisite, curated especially for me. Sarah's "facials" really include a full body treatment. Highly, recommend.

I've had many facials in my lifetime, and I can honestly say this was the best facial I have had. Sarah's treatment room is professional, warm, and impeccably appointed. Sarah began with a thorough consultation and then curated a facial tailored to my specific needs and desires. I appreciate silence during a facial, and Sarah picked up on that without needing to be told. While the treatment is called a "facial," it is really a head-to-toe care experience. At no time did Sarah try to sell me a product. Finally, and most importantly, Sarah is exceptional at her craft. I highly recommend Sarah.
