Came in saw. Heidi today explained what was wrong / issues she listened and came up with a plan to tackle them. She used a range of things to help from massage to dry needling to cupping all of which I have felt the benefits from and had the most amazing night sleep pain free

Booked for a sports massage / rehabilitation for a shoulder injury following a recommendation. Joe was really professional and knowledgeable, the massage has definitely helped free up the joint and muscles, and given some pain relief. Joe also provided me with some exercises to use going forward which don’t require gym equipment to improve mobility & pain which I’ll be doing daily. Really impressed, thank you!

I visit Heidi hobbling along and leave being able to walk with 70% less pain. She's a marvel.

After being on the waiting list for carpal tunnel surgery since 2019, I visited Ribble Therapy to see if I could get some relief from the pain, as even strong pain medication was not helping. After having my (long) medical history taken and discussing the issues that my CTS was causing, from the pain and numbness, it was agreed that an intensive sports massage may help. Nikki got to work, making sure I knew what to expect after the treatment and after 5 days I had a huge improvement in my dexterity. I now have feeling in my arm again for the first time in 4 years. I’m extremely grateful.

The venue was all up to scratch as they say, regarding PPE and sanitising etc that was all adhered to and the massage was just what I needed but I also had some acupuncture and other deep healing treatments too. I am in chronic pain but really feeling a difference already. The lady was so informative and knew exactly where my pain was and she was very professional a d knowledgable so I would definitely recommend her. My treatment is ongoing so really hoping for a big improvement. Thank you 😊
