I booked in for a massage after running the London Marathon, and Steph couldn’t have been more understanding of what I needed. I am very grateful to have known cassie for several years. Cassie is compassionate, kind, and highly skilled. I am a bit loss for words really because I sound like I am exaggerating, but she is very special. When I get an accupuncture facial with Cassie I am getting treated holistically--not just my face, but my whole being. I have a long entrenched sleeping disorder, and I even sleep better after a treatment. For those afraid of needles Cassie is remarkably gentle. l whole heartedly recommend a visit to Cassie. I doubt it will be your last.

Hands down the best deep tissue massage I’ve had in London. Perfect for anyone glued to a desk all day!

Excellent experience at MG Osteopathy & Sports Injury Clinic. I went in for dry needling and massage therapy due to severe neck and shoulder pain with very limited neck mobility. When I arrived, my pain level was around 9/10, and my neck was constantly aching. After just one treatment session, my pain dropped to around 2/10. By the next day, my neck felt significantly looser, more mobile, and almost completely pain-free. Highly recommend MG Osteopathy if you’re looking for effective physiotherapy treatment, dry needling, or sports injury therapy for neck and shoulder pain.

Kevin is fantastic and knowledgeable. He puts you at ease and I always come away feeling so much more limber and most importantly not in pain!

A beautiful experience from start to finish! The apothecary itself is so peaceful, and Cassie takes so much care in creating such a safe container to just 'be'. The treatment itself - acupuncture, reiki, facial massage - was exactly what I needed; on an energetic level, I floated out feeling reset and on an aesthetic level, I instantly saw (what I thought were) deep set lines had faded and my skin was lifted and glowing. Carla is skilled, professional and lovely - simply the best beautician in London.

I had acupuncture for pain and honestly i walked out of the session immediately feeling a difference. The session was so good and Heying explained everything and was so respectful and gentle during each step.

I had plantar fasciitis after running and the heel pain was really affecting me, especially in the mornings. I decided to try shockwave therapy and I’m very glad I did. After a few sessions the pain improved a lot and I was able to run again with much less discomfort. I’d definitely recommend MG Osteopathy to anyone struggling with persistent heel pain.
