Was visiting Sydney for Christmas and New Year and I have a very sore hip with all the extra walking about while travelling so I decided to use Deep Relax Massage. After getting a massage from Trane, I decided to go back as often as my plans would allow me, think I visited 5 times. Trane is excellent at his job and would recommend him to everyone.

Very relaxing and even with my stiff back and shoulders Hina did an amazing job to help loosen them up. Sorry for making your hands and thumbs very tired because my back was so tight 😭. Definitely would come again when i visit Sydney.

Ive had Acunpunture in Sydney from 3 different practitioners since the 1980's for lower back pain and general health.I've found Ping in Crows Nest too be the best by far....and continue regular visits to her today for general health.

I have been cared for by Tiffany for a few years now. She has been marvellous. My overall health has improved and the specific issues I have had have been readily resolved by her. She has aided my damaged shoulder, improved blood circulation and helped my digestive system. She is very good at zooming in on the core problem and fixing it with her special hands. As usual, this was an incredible experience. From talking through what procedures wanted with Bonnie and then her arranging for me to get an appointment on the one day that I was in Sydney this month, to spending time with the wonderful Mandy again, everything was exceptional. I am an overseas customer and being able to have a meaningful communication prior to booking. The appointment was really important to me. You all did this beautifully. Most importantly, perhaps was Mandy. Who did my procedure. I did Thermage for face and eyes, and her technique was brilliant.

I didn't think I would ever describe someone who sticks needles into my back as kind and considerate, but they are the exact right words to describe Thomas. He is very (very) patient with me and has amazingly given me movement back into my shoulder which has been in incredible pain for over a year after a car accident. I have tried physio and traditional medicines but they didn't help much and I thought the pain was here to stay for good, but acupuncture is helping so, so much! I don't know how it works, but it works!! Highly recommend Thomas to anyone thinking about trying acupuncture.
