I came for extractions as I’m currently dealing with acne and Edith was very knowledgable, kind and understanding. Extractions are never fun and she was very supportive throughout and tried to make the process as swift as possible. I called before making a booking as I am allergic to parabens and she was very accommodating and made sure to check her products’ ingredients. She also gave great advice on what products to use and devices to purchase without placing any pressure. One of the rare places in London where the business is authentic and wants to help their clients improve their skin!
