Basia was by far the best masseuse I’ve ever experienced in Bristol and I’ve been to a fair few. I was feeling quite tense and anxious before the massage and within 5 minutes of the massage I instantly felt relaxed and relieved. I left feeling revived, calm and content. Perfection! Always have a great time and leave with exactly what I need. I love the bespoke nature of the treatments. This afternoon was just what I needed, a relaxing and refueling break. The whole massage experience made me feel comfortable and it was personalised to my needs. Laura was lovely to talk to and intuitive with her massage. My lower back feels so much better and she relaxed tightness in my shoulders I didn't realise I had. The room itself is peaceful and beautiful, a lovely escape from everyday busyness. I will definitely be booking another one, thanks Laura

First time with Trish and I was delighted with the massage. A warm and friendly welcome. She checked everything carefully both before and during the massage e.g. how I was doing that day, what pressure I like and was it still ok. I felt very safely held during the whole appointment and her clever use of towels kept me feeling comfortable and suitably modest throughout what was an excellent massage. I was hugely relaxed almost immediately and wonderfully restored by the end. Truly healing hands.

Very pleased with the results of this facial. I felt very relaxed during the facial but also felt that the facia muscles on my face were getting a good work out but not in an unpleasant way. Trish has got great hands and the ability to read your bodies signals and responses. Will be back:-)

A wonderful treat for my birthday , spa package included afternoon tea with prosecco , 1 hour massage and 2 hour using their spa facilities. Food was good they were accommodating to my peanut allergy. Massage was fantastic best I've had in a long time. Beatrice was attentive to area I mentioned were tender and sore and made it a worthwhile experience. Spa facilities are clean, a bit small but exclusive has the whole place to myself at one moment.
