She explained every step of the treatment, checked in with me throughout, and made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. Her professionalism and friendly approach really stood out. I would highly recommend Hayley and Elements Spa to anyone considering a facial treatment. I’ll definitely be back!

Hiya. Had a lovely afternoon and felt very relaxed. The massage was lovely, as was the facial - my skin feels lovely. The scalp massage was fab - new experience for me and i enjoyed it. The only feedback would be not to use the wire head massager as i could tell a couple of times my hair got stuck in it. All in all was really nice - thank you 😊

Fantastic and positive experience from start to finish. Rita is lovely ,she is extremely professional which is so important when as a customer I am not sure on what would be best treatment for me ,she explained everything to me , helped me to decide which treatment was best suited to me . I had an amazing lip blush treatment with Rita. She was gentle, reassuring, and explained every step clearly, which made the whole experience feel comfortable and relaxing. The colour she chose suits me beautifully — natural, soft, and exactly what I wanted. My lips healed really well, and the result looks so fresh and defined. Rita is truly skilled and pays attention to every detail. I’m so happy with my lips and would definitely recommend her to anyone considering lip blush.
