My first visit to Elements Spa and my first ever microneedling treatment couldn’t have been better. Hayley was so considerate and made me feel completely at ease. She explained every step of the treatment, checked in with me throughout, and made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. Her professionalism and friendly approach really stood out. I would highly recommend Hayley and Elements Spa to anyone considering a facial treatment. I’ll definitely be back!

Hiya. Had a lovely afternoon and felt very relaxed. The massage was lovely, as was the facial - my skin feels lovely. The scalp massage was fab - new experience for me and i enjoyed it. The only feedback would be not to use the wire head massager as i could tell a couple of times my hair got stuck in it. All in all was really nice - thank you 😊

Fantastic and positive experience from start to finish. Rita is lovely ,she is extremely professional which is so important when as a customer I am not sure on what would be best treatment for me ,she explained everything to me , helped me to decide which treatment was best suited to me . The colour she chose suits me beautifully — natural, soft, and exactly what I wanted. My lips healed really well, and the result looks so fresh and defined. There’s literally nowhere else I’d ever consider having my lashes done. Both Grace and Summer are absolute lash fairy godmothers. If they ever decided to branch out to more treatments I’d never leave the place! Highly recommend.
