I had two treatments with Shannon over consecutive days. Press therapy and a facial. She took great care to explain the treatments and what to expect. She tailored the facial which I really appreciated. Great salon and very calming. I’ll visit again when I’m next in Plymouth.

Today i had a pumpkin facial. Its not just the facial that was good its how professional michelle was and how she delivers this service. She dosnt rush her facials, shes very attentive and thoughtful throughout! The enviroment is just perfect for a relaxing experience. Its also clean and clinical. First time trying the Express Facial and LED Facial, and what an amazing experience! I’ve had many treatments at GiGi V Beauty, and this one definitely did not disappoint. The lovely Sky carried out my treatment, and she was absolutely incredible—right from the consultation through to the very end. Every step was done with just the right pressure, leaving me completely relaxed from start to finish. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, Sky gave me a soothing hand massage while the LED was working on my face. Such a thoughtful touch! Sky, you are truly an asset to the team.

Carbon Facial with Shannon was absolutely amazing! Absolutely gorgeous girl to speak to. Also love Cathy who did my skin tags a while ago - and they’re all gone! My second session was today and after my first session, we both found it had really cleared up my skin and really helped with redness, oiliness and general health of it - glowing! It really changed the dynamic in my skin somehow. She made the whole treatment comfortable and warm. Highly professional setting and welcome. I highly recommend this treatment. Had the Relaxation package this morning and highly recommend it. It included LED Phototherapy facial, my skin feels amazingly soft and smooth and also Pressotherapy, my body feels so much looser, I was a bit sceptical about this but I shouldn't have been, its a great treatment x

I have never had this treatment before,I had the imperial head spa Ceremony today. It was very relaxing and a nice experience. I would highly recommend this. My hair and head feel so clean and the facial was very relaxing. Kerri explained the treatment as she was going,this was very helpful and enjoyed the experience.

Kirsty is amazing at what she does. She’s extremely professional. Always welcomes me with a big hug and her beautiful smile. I have very sensitive skin around the eyes and bruise easily, Kirsty took extra care when treating this area, and I haven't bruised. The treatment is quick and pain-free. I would highly recommend Kirsty.
