I am in love with my hair!!!! The team are all so knowledgable and personable. I’ve been worried about hair fall and breakage since moving to london and having hard water, but they are so good! I had a really good experience in the London clinic last week. I got 0.5ml of lip filler, the clinic was extremely clean. I have very small lips and this was my first time getting filler. I felt like I was listened to & didn’t feel pressured into getting anymore than I wanted. It’s been 10 days since I’ve had the filler and I can’t fault them one bit at all.

I had such a good experience at Fresh Face London this is my second time with them. Whitney was amazing she explained everything to me so clearly and took the time to make sure I understood each step of the process. She has also frequently checked in with me afterwards to see how my skin is doing, & quick to respond to any concerns or messages which I really appreciated. I felt looked after. I’ve already started to see improvement my skin feels smoother and looks more even, even at this early stage. Overall I’m really happy with my experience so far and excited to continue my treatments.

Not rushed at all… She has a gift for understanding exactly what is needed without making a performance of it.
