I had a HydraFacial with Laetitia and it was honestly one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional and the whole experience felt incredibly professional and relaxing. Laetitia was fantastic, and the treatment itself was absolutely outstanding. Whatever I expected, this experience exceeded it in every way! My first time visiting Freeda and Michelle for a ZO peel. I’ve had many skin peels, facials and treatments in my time but never one this AMAZING. I felt pampered in every sense, and my former experiences of having peels were never what I would describe as “pampering”. She greeted me as if I were a close friend and is so precious. She’s also so beautiful, ethical and knowledgable about her work. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and have already booked in my next session. I wish I could see her every week! The salon is stunning!

Lou has been amazing throughout my treatments- the salon is warm and welcoming and Lou definitely makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. I would highly recommend illusion Laser Clinic to anyone looking at having treatment.

From the moment you enter the clinic you are warmly greeted by Catherine who is always friendly and professional Dr Maria is a trained clinician she has a wealth of experience and always suggests suitable treatments for my skin I am always 100% happy with my treatment and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

Kyla is just fab as always but today's treatment (micro-needling) is not my favourite in this set of facials over the course of a year. My skin feels a bit sensitive, however the benefits are amazing over the course and micro-needling is just one part of the 3 x treatments alternated 4 times . You should enquire about this offer! I do still highly recommend this.Thanks Kyla for always taking care of me

This was my third facial with Ria Dermaplaning and micro-needling has improved my skin much more than I expected. My face feels and looks smooth, clear and fresh. Ria is professional and explains the treatment whilst doing it but also creates a relaxing atmosphere so you can just lay back and enjoy the treatment.

Joanna is always the best: with her you get both a great facial and great energy. I could not recommend her more! She’s always very honest with what you need/don’t need and never tries to over sell you, so you feel very safe with the treatment and any recommendations she makes. Kelsey is in my opinion the best extension/colour specialist in Bournemouth. I’ve had more bad hair experiences than I care to mention, but after watching her work for some time & seeing how much she cares about the work she puts out, I gladly switched to her. This girl will never let you leave unhappy, she will work until you’re in love with your hair & that is unfortunately, a quality seriously lacking in the hair industry. If you’re needing a new hairdresser I promise you won’t regret picking Kelsey, she is elite. 10/10

Excellent. I have been to Kyla before and this latest set of treatments promises to be just as amazing! It's the 12 month facial treatment set and I've just had my first one. Kyla is very reassuring, caring and genuinely interested in results and what her clients want. She is always able to explain exactly what to expect while she is working on you. She really knows what she's talking about and can advise on skin care products as well as what to put in your body (like collagen and omega oils and more).
