Hannah is absolutely brilliant at what she does! I had Botox in three areas and was fantastic, no messing around just got on with the treatment but still super friendly and made me feel really comfortable. Would highly recommend her! I recently had a laser hair removal treatment at this clinic and couldn’t be happier with the experience. My practitioner, Mariyah, was absolutely amazing — she made me feel so comfortable, especially as I was quite nervous to begin with. She was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything, which really helped put me at ease. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and really easy to get to. The laser machine they use is top quality and virtually pain-free, which I didn’t expect. I also really appreciate how accommodating they were with my schedule.

There were more than 4000 gel colors. I had a really great experience. They were very professional. They were the best and the best quality nail specialists with professional designs in this shop. You should definitely try them. You will be really surprised and recommend them to everyone. They are nail specialists. Absolutely. They are different from other hair salons that have a one nail table and few colors ..so I recommend to anyone local customer around this shop also I come from city centre Birmingham it was 3 mailege but it's worth

This is the second time using the hyperbaric camber. Both times I’ve used it after getting Covid and having brain fog. For me the results are fantastic and releases the sensation. After the treatment my decision making and brain activity is back to normal. I can strong recommend it. The clinic is also fantastic and the staff are really helpful.

I’ve been having my lashes done here for nearly a year now and she is amazing. Honestly the loveliest lady and also her lashes are hands down THE BEST! She takes her time and listens to what you actually want and every set is always perfect. Great customer service and for her quality of work she is more than reasonably priced. I travel from the other side of Birmingham to have my lashes done here as they are worth it! Thankyou!

Bernice is incredibly professional yet warm in her approach to the treatments she provides. Having had the same filler previously I truly feel that the care and time taken to explain everything was wonderful! I felt safe and my results were instant. Linzi is amazing! After having a few bad experiences elsewhere, she was able to soak off my horrendous old set and give me a brand new set of lashes. She was honest and reassuring throughout the process and my natural lashes are so much healthier after just 2 treatments. She uses professional products and the results look amazing. Always feel really comfortable and relaxed during my appointments and leave with amazing lashes. Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you! x

I had a great calming experience with Dr Bernice. She is great and made me feel relaxed and always talked me through my treatment giving me all information for me to make informed decisions. Will be visiting again

The staff is very friendly. The location is also great and the treatment procedures are explained in a very good way. Things are told in great depth. I am very embarrassed about my facial hair, but I feel confident now that I am getting treatment here. One thing I liked is that first a skin patch test is done and then the treatment is implemented.

I had a wonderful HiFu facial today at the lovely Active Clinic in Birmingham. My skin already looks lifted and I will continue to see improvements for the next 30-60 days so really looking forward to that.

Great experience overall, great facility, great staff who are very knowledgeable & attentive, I left feeling like a new man. I had the Red Light Therpay, IV drip with a B12 boost and finished with a Cyro session. Highly recommended to check this out if you're in Birmingham

Lindsey was very professional throughout the treatment, she was attentive to my needs and was willing to send me after care instructions via text message which I really appreciated.

The consultation was excellent. It was clear that Dr. Buraimoh was knowledgeable as she answered my questions. I felt she thoroughly understood what I wanted to achieve. I felt reassured that she had the qualifications and expertise to carry out the procedure. She was able to advise me regarding which treatment was best for me.

Safa was really gentle and professional with my treatment, kept checking if i was ok . Have requested her for rest of my sessions 😊
