Just went there for my facial this morning. Once I step in, a very warm greeting to check in for my appointment. As I was the first time customer, they will ask in details in regards to my medical background and concern for my face . No hard selling at all during the treatment and also let me know step by step of what kind of procedures that they are doing. Veronica and Lian took such great care of my husband and I even though we were first time clients. When Veronica heard we were attending a special event later this week, she tailored our facials to make sure there was maximum glow with no downtime. She explained, took me thru the process of creating an efficient skin care plan, and gave input on w/c kind of treatment that is safe for my skin type.
