Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. I had a very satisfying session again. I went with severe pack pain that even affecting my breathing. With Anastasia’s knowledge and and experience she explained what is causing and after the message I came out with less pain. Her suggestion of after exercises I managed to begin to do my daily life. I highly recommended for people who is suffering long term pain like back pain and specially plantar fasciitis ( which that is why I mainly go to her). Since I have been going Ana I have reduced my pain killers in take 80 pecent.

Had a Hydrafacial at Sayonara Beauty and honestly I was really impressed with the results. My skin felt deeply cleaned, fresh, and much smoother straight after the treatment. The whole experience was professional, relaxing, and very well done. You can tell they know exactly what they’re doing. My face looked healthier, more hydrated, and even had a nice glow without looking overdone. Definitely recommend it if you want your skin to look clean, sharp, and well looked after.
