She’s always professional with all the up to date technology, make you feel super comfortable and is sooo kind. Had a lovely facial here 🤍 It was a much gentler approach than what I'm used to - no extractions, just calming, hydrating skincare focused on overall skin health. My skin felt fresh and soothed after it The therapist was knowledgeable and explained everything without being pushy. I also picked up their cleanser and cream and have been enjoying them so far. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a more gentle, skin-friendly facial 🤍

My experience today was fantastic! All members of staff were very professional, welcoming, communication was excellent also coordination of treatment was not pushy,. The prices are a little high but then I Ican help myself with the friend referral ,perhaps, being disabled, and a pensioner. 11 out of 10 for Mousa. My first impression was good the clinic is welcoming and the receptionist was very nice offering me tea coffee and water. Sarah as so professional and explained everything before my treatment. She was so honest and answered all my questions without rushing me or trying to sell me anything else. The treatment was bit uncomfortable but not painful. The results were amazing. The best facial I’ve had ever. The girls were very welcoming and took time to understand my skin and needs.
