Dr Baran, Musa, Farida are true professionals at the North Kensington/Ladbroke Clinic. My first impression was good the clinic is welcoming and the receptionist was very nice offering me tea coffee and water. Sarah as so professional and explained everything before my treatment. She was so honest and answered all my questions without rushing me or trying to sell me anything else. The treatment was bit uncomfortable but not painful. The results were amazing. I went in for a consultation for polynucleotides under my eyes, and Huda explained everything clearly what the treatment is, how it works, and what to realistically expect.Her honesty and knowledge made me feel comfortable enough to go ahead with the treatment the same day. I have a very low pain tolerance, but Huda was so gentle. She applied numbing cream and I barely felt anything during the procedure. She also took the time to explain the aftercare so I knew exactly how to look after my skin afterwards.Overall, a very professional and reassuring experience. I would definitely recommend her!

Rasha and Fjolla were absolutely amazing. I had a scalp and face PRF session and can already see noticeable results, my skin is brighter and clearer and there is new hair growth after just one session! The clinic is lovely and clean and the ladies went out of their way to make me feel comfortable as I was a bit nervous. They answered all of my questions in detail and put together a treatment plan addressing all of my concerns.
