The foundational healing session I did with Ira was amazing. I had a 1h Meditation Aroma Touch Massage with Ira and I can still feel her energy on my body. With gentle movements and essential oils, she managed to bring back an old wound and help me reflect on it again. My body is now relaxed and grounded. I also liked her introduction which allowed me to know what to expect from this 1h session. Thank you! I highly recommend Ira’s services! 5 stars!

Meeting with Megan for a consultation about jockey nutrition/dietary needs made me feel so much more secure. I feel so much more knowledgeable about the dietary needs of an healthy jockey and realistic goals for how to improve my nutrition for best performanc. My favorite part about our consultations was how personalized Megans goals were for me and my lifestyle. The goals we set together were very manageable and she explained how the changes will impact my body for the better. To top it off, Megan is just the sweetest, most down-to-Earth person and it was a delight working with her.
