Leah and Sasha are the best. I’ll enter the salon super tired, looking like a mess and leave feeling refreshed after an amazing massage at the basin and with my looking amazing. Always a treat. Could not recommend more

Mariska is amazing! Dunell is phenomenal with hair. The ladies are always super professional and the atmosphere in the salon is so warm and welcoming.

Could we please give probs to Nolitha? She did such an exceptional job at making sure I was comfortable and happy from the minute I walked in! She also did an outstanding job washing my hair and gave me the most amazing head massage. Esmeralda did my hair perfectly, I walked out of the salon looking like a million bucks. As a regular at the salon, I am accustomed to great service by all their stylist, but what sets be dazzle apart from the rest in the industry, is there ability to really care! Today I urgently needed my hair done even though they had a team meeting,they accommodated my request. JEM Strandfontein Branch was so welcoming and friendly! The staff greeted me with smiles and had a warm embrace as I came into the salon for my first time. I had done a classic set of lashes with Maritza who was very attentive and friendly. I was extremely pleased and satisfied with the service I received at this beautiful establishment. I love my brows. Sasha did a great job with my complicated brows. She took her time nd showed patience, love that 👌 My daughter unfortunately still found stray hairs and sticky wax patches on her leg when we got home. We will double check next time before we leave the salon. I can't remember her therapist name. Altogether a good experience, we did miss the complimentary drinks though 🤭

The salon receptionist was friendly and there was a welcoming atmosphere. My daughter and I were made comfortable. The stylist, MC made us feel also comfortable throughout the entire visit. My daughter is satisfied with my experience and job done. highly recommend JEM to anyone looking for fabulous hair and fantastic service.

I had a terrible experience with the lady who washed my hair. When Leah the stylist introduced herself to me, what an asset she is to your salon. She is friendly, welcoming and very professional. She styled my hair without burning or pulling. I've been going to my hair stylist for 20years in Kromboom. I didn't find anyone who could style my hair like her. Have to say that Leah is a very talented stylist I will be returning to your salon.
