I booked an appointment with Stacey for my 10 year old niece, who was very apprehensive about a salon visit as she was afraid of having her hair 'pulled"...Stacey set our minds at ease from the minute I spoke with her on the phone. She was professional, kind and courteous and contacted me to offer a complimentary trim for my niece, since it was her birthday. The customer service prior to the visit already had me happy with her but by the end, I was ready to drive to Mitchells Plain to get my hair done by her to. WOW! they don't make them like Stacey anymore! Thank you so much!

My wash was extremely relaxing, loved the way Chrizelle blow dried and flat ironed my hair. Many hair stylists struggle to get my curly roots but she was 100%. She engaged in conversation and it was super comfortable, I feel so much more confident after doing my hair and coming this satisfied from a hair salon isn’t always the case for myself. I hope and pray for a safe and healthy delivery for her and her baby girl. She will definitely be seeing me when she is back. Thanks to Chrizelle and the team for making my experience nothing short of pleasurable.

The service was quick and efficient, and I especially enjoyed the lovely head massage from the lady who washed my hair (I regret not catching her name!). From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile at Reception that set the tone for a wonderful experience. The hairstylist who washed, blow-dried, and flat-ironed my hair was both skilled and professional—my hair looked and felt amazing! The lady who did my eyebrow wax was equally talented, with a gentle touch and great attention to detail. Both ladies made me feel pampered and cared for.
