My appointment with Kelly was for a leg and bikini wax. However, I was feeling quite emotional and asked if she could do a back massage instead. Of course, Kelly was really lovely and said of course she could. It was absolutely what I needed and I felt a whole lot better afterwards. I can’t recommend the Hair and Beauty Gallery enough.

My first ever wax and I decided to jump in at the deep end with the half leg and Hollywood. Charlee made me feel so at ease, she did such a great job and made sure I was always as comfortable as possible. The results were fantastic and I can say for certain that I won't be going back to shaving! I have already booked my second appointment!

Excellent as always! Tried the Korean lash lift for the first time & I am loving the results! Much gentler than a normal lash lift which was great for me as my eyes can be quite sensitive. Results are unreal!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Miren for the first time in a while, thanks to my schedule. I can honestly say it was such a lovely experience (as always) From the moment you walk in, she makes you feel completely at ease — warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. She really knows her craft and takes great care to make sure you’re comfortable while she works her magic. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in the results. I met Romi for the first time today and she was absolutely lovely — very kind, welcoming, and professional. She was extremely gentle and thorough throughout the wax, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable. The salon room is clean, calming, and really nice, with easy parking and great accessibility. I would highly recommend Romi and will definitely be booking again!

Went to Mirren for the first time today and was so impressed! I arrived early by mistake and she kindly moved my booking forward by half an hour. The wax itself was super quick, efficient, and done incredibly well. I have very fair leg hair and usually find patches missed with other therapists, but Mirren got everything; not a single strip left behind. Highly recommend!
