Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

The Hollywood wax was equally impressive. The treatment was carried out with such care and attention, making me feel completely comfortable throughout. It was quick, thorough, and as painless as possible, with excellent hygiene standards and professionalism. The therapist was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. Anita is so quick at waxing my back and shoulders. I used to dread it at a previous venue as it would always be a slow and painful expereince but the 1st time here, I just couldn't believe the speed it was done at. I would recommend to try here very highly.

This was my third visit to Lotus salon and I have never been disappointed. Janvi did another excellent and very professional pedicure. Also had eyebrow and chin/upper lip wax this time and am very happy with the result. I'll be back for another visit soon :-)
