Greta is very precise at creating beautiful lashes and knows what she’s doing. Probably one of the best eye lash and semi permanent brows make up artist in Leicester she’s not the cheapest but really makes you feel and look special Would I recommend Greta to friends and family…. Already have

Staff were amazing, friendly and care about their clients. This was my first Hollywood wax here and the lady waxing me really helped me and told me when to breathe in/out and advised me on the best wax so that the experience could be as painless as possible for a Hollywood wax. My first visit to ABR today, it’s clean and bright, a very well set up establishment, It’s been awhile since I had any waxing done but Jo is a lovely chatty lady and made me feel welcome and at ease, throughout my treatment, (1/2 leg wax)……. all the time asking if I was ok, which I was 🙂 Already booked in for my next appointment See you soon Jo x

Hadn't had a wax in about 3 months so it was definitely more painful than when I'd been going regularly. But, Nina is really good at making it painless especially with the distraction methods when she knows it's a spicy bit! She was very thorough but I didn't feel rushed - will 100% book again 👏🏻

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶
