Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I had a lash lift and brow tint with Grace and I’m so pleased with the results. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. My lashes look beautifully lifted and my brows are perfectly tinted and shaped. Everything looks natural but really enhances my features. The attention to detail was amazing, everything was done so professionally, & the whole experience felt really relaxing. Joanna sets the bar high when it comes to massages. I have to say it’s the first time when I had a massage done that well in Leicester!
