First time going for a wax and I was warmly welcomed from Sarah. She was absolutely lovely, great to get on with, had a nice chat throughout my experience in her company. She was very professional throughout and her place was clean and nice set out. I’m so glad I went even though I was nervous, but she kept calm throughout and made me feel as ease at all times. Great experience again as always. Got my usual lashes done and they are looking fabulous but also got some waxing done as well and I've only ever had my brows waxed before so was nervous about the leg wax and underarm wax but Mindy made me feel so comfortable and explained everything and put me at ease. 5 stars as always if I could give her 10 stars I would xx

Booked a full leg and bikini wax. Really pleased with the results. Shabana is very professional and did a quick job while being careful of my sensitive skin. The treatment room was comfortable and Shabana put me at ease with her friendly manner.
