Emily is so knowledgeable, amazing at what she does and just puts you at ease immediately. Her new space at home is gorgeous, it's really spacious, the bed is so comfy, a great professional set up and it still feels like you're in a private room in a salon.

Emily is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is so knowledgeable about everything waxing and explains everything as she does it. I'm new to waxing and she made me feel so at ease and comfortable. I'll be completely honest, I didn't believe her when she said it gets better after the 1st wax, but I'm so glad I came back because she was absolutely right! I'll never go back!

Always an amazing experience at Serenity and Soul. Gemma somehow makes the waxing process quick, easy and as painless and enjoyable as possible. Always made to feel comfortable and relaxed, with a good chat to distract you from focusing on the wax. Highly reccomend 🫶

I always have a great time getting waxed by Gemma. Might sound a little strange as waxing isnt the most relaxing treatment but we just have a laugh throughout the whole appointment and I'm always pleased with my results. Gemma is so welcoming, professional and amazing at what she does so I cannot recommend her services enough.
