It was my first time here, and my first time getting a wax treatment. My shellac nails like look great, and Sandy was very responsive to how I wanted my nails shaped. I am a little disappointed that after a Luxe manicure, I still have dry spots on my hands: the webbing between my thumb and fingers, and under my rings, which both of us forgot that I should take off before the treatment. Also, I seem to have shellac stuck to the pad of my right index finger (I remember my finger sticking to something when I lifted it from the bottom of the UV dryer at one point)...how do I get this spot off?

My second time getting a Brazilian here! And I will once again be back!! Not only are the staff all so kind I dropped my fork snacking before my appointment and they got me a new one without missing a beat. The wax they use leaves me feels soft and smooth for dayssss.

Today I had the owner, Paula, as my Laser Hair Removal treatment provider. Paula was very engaging in conversation and took great care to ensure that the process was comfortable and that I was relaxed and confident in her performing the treatment in place of Arlex. I was indeed comfortable. Paula did a great job, professional and friendly at the same time. I recommend this location of Elva Aesthetics as a place where you'll get professional individuals who look after you and are pleasantly engaging.

I know that I'm repeating myself, but it is the truth. Arlex is great as a representative of Eva Aesthetics (Stoney Creek), and the new owner Paula is also. Arlex makes certain at all times that you are comfortable--both the the procedure (she articulates what is/will be happening clearly and ensures that you are okay to proceed) and with the procedure itself. It may seem odd to say, but the laser hair removal is a relaxing point of the day/week. I experience no discomfort during or after the session. I'm looking forward to the final results when the sessions are completed in September 2024.

Arlex is great! She knows her stuff, she's pleasant to interact with an is always making sure you are 100% comfortable with the procedure (laser hair removal). Arlex explains the procedure, answers any questions you may have knowledgeably, making certain that you are comfortable with the process. I highly recommend Alrex as your "go to" person for any/all laser hair removal treatments. I can't say enough about how comfortable Arlex has made me feel about something that could otherwise cause embarrassment to discuss, and/or have done.

Excellent. Elva and Arlex were great. Took care of me and prepared me for the sessions to come by performing the patch test and providing a consultation on what best will work for my laser hair removal.

Service was good- I thought I was getting dermabrasion included when I booked the service. I saw that in the description but guess I was wrong. Bed was extremely uncomfortable for this service- I have a huge mark on my forehead which I hope goes away. Temperature in the room was a bit cool - I had no clothes on so it would’ve been nice to be warmer. When I entered the salon, the smell of acrylic was overwhelming….nails were being done in the back but it was very strong. Overall it was okay. Slightly disappointed that I asked about arm waxing twice and wasn’t asked if I wanted to book.

Atmosphere was clean and comfortable. Arigi gave a wonderful facial. She was very pleasant and professional. Will definitely return.

I changed my hairstyle. Jane accepted the challenge. My hairstyle looks amazing. I feel and look great. Thank you Jane.
