Lovely owner. Great service. I am a tourist over from the UK so was nervous about getting a wax from someone other than my regular one. I walked to the salon from Carlisle Bay but recommend getting a bus or taxi if you don’t like walking. Owner sent directions before apt with detailed instructions. Got a very warm welcome and she even cut my partners hair whilst he waited and put on paw patrol for my daughter. Wax was the exact same as back home. They listened to what my normal service was like and replicated it.

My experience was amazing as usual. Tiffany is always on time and ready to get down to business as soon as you walk through the door. She is always professional and loves what she does. As a first-timer, I was really anxious about getting a Brazilian, but she was absolutely amazing. She explained everything before and during the appointment, made me feel comfortable and also checked in on my comfort level throughout the process. Her professionalism and warmth really stood out and made it such a calm and welcoming environment. It honestly wasn’t as bad as I imagined, and that’s because of how well she handled everything. I’d recommend her to anyone without hesitation!

I had been considering laser hair removal for a few years but shied away due to the cost and fear of it hurting. When Aunty Tash told me she was offering laser I knew she was someone I could trust to make it as comfortable as possible. Though it did sting a bit, all of the cooling processes she used helped so much. I had very minimal redness, bumps or pain during and after. It was no where near as painful or intense as I thought it would be and would arguably say waxing hurts more. I can’t wait for my next session and highly recommend laser to anyone considering trying! You will not regret it.

Loved it! Very professional and accommodating have an appointment to suit my busy schedule! This wasn't my first time getting a Brazilian wax but I didn't get it done from island serenity,got it done somewhere else and I didn't had a great experience. But when I tell you Kim talk me through everything and it was quick. Kim and her assistant really made me feel comfortable. Great service and I will definitely be back. And will recommend anyone who is thinking about getting wax but not sure try island serenity you wouldn't be disappointed.

First time receiving waxing for eyebrows that I was treated to such exceptional service..The service provider did an extremely good job at shaping my eyebrows.....and was also personable....Will return for other services and will share my experience with friends and colleagues ..

The customer service was great and the service even better. Remi made sure I was comfortable at all times and was pleasant and friendly the entire time. I love both my wax and my facial. My underarms are smooth and my skin is glowing.

Sooo…. I had the very sweet and quiet Junie on Saturday and it was such a good experience. Junie was soooogentle that I fell asleep while she waxed me 😂😂😂 I feel like Junie is such a great additional to the island serenity family! Can’t wait to come back again 😁
