I recently visited Eva at the salon in Poole town centre for a two hour Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage. I can honestly say that this was the best, most relaxing treatment that I have ever experienced. If you are looking for the ultimate in relaxation then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eva and would suggest that the two hour option is worth every penny.

Carmen is a wonderful therapist who takes her time to really get to know all about me and what I seek to get from her treatment and then adjusts accordingly to make the treatment bespoke. I try to boom in a treatment at least every 6 weeks as it helps me massively to unwind and rebalance.

My second session of CranioSacral Therapy with Teresa and WOW! What a powerful experience! During my first session I felt lots of muscular tension and it also mimicked my migraine pain-I was satisfied as I chose this to treat my migraine and it definitely worked on the right area. But the second treatment was completely different level of experience. It was very relaxing and I didn't feel any tension at all. But at one point my whole body started to shake, and I laughed and cried unstoppably for about ten minutes. I can't explain what happened, but definitely SOMETHING. Can't recommend enough

Today’s Eco Chic Pedicure was so much more than the treatment itself - it’s ‘me time’; it’s ‘transportation to tranquility’. You will be engulfed by aromas to awaken the senses and will be welcomed by the foot soak like no other and then the pedicure itself whilst either laying down or propped up on a comfortable bed. Nature sounds or similar will be playing in the background. The therapist will give you undivided attention and well deserved pampering while you may choose to drift off…
