I had my first appointment/consultation with Ryan, I have calcific tendonitis on my right shoulder and have been struggling for months. Ryan is very welcoming and friendly, he explained the process of shockwave therapy very well, we went through a rehabilitation program, I am very impressed with the quality of service and knowledge. I have booked another 4 shockwave therapy sessions, looking forward to getting rid of this problem. Highly recommend M20 performance!

Ryan has helped my teenager with a couple of injuries and his approach has been age appropriate, explaining how to best complete their recovery in a meaningful way. His professional yet approachable style has made rehab and physio something to “enjoy” rather than endure. Great results too!! Thanks M20

This was my first sports massage with James and it was incredible! Although the initial concern was lower back tension and discomfort, the therapist took a thorough full body approach which helped address additional areas of tightness and imbalance I hadn’t fully noticed myself. I would highly recommend James services.

James is an exceptional therapist. I’m a sports therapist myself, so I’m naturally picky about who I see, but James’s knowledge and skill set are impressive. He’s helped me tremendously with my back and shoulder issues. It’s a huge relief to find a peer I can trust with my own physical health. Highly recommended!

Great advice and treatment. Ryan treats the whole patient. Discussing mental health and resilience techniques to work alongside the physical rehab and work with a sports injury. My daughter is a keen sportswoman and Ryan has already made her feel more in control of her journey back to fitness. Top class professional as always. Wouldn’t take my family anywhere else.

Really happy with my overall experience with Ryan. I came in for insertions Achilles tendinopathy. I've now completed a 6 session course of shockwave therapy and I have experienced gradual improvement until 4th session and in the past 2 sessions, 5-6 I've experienced significant improvement and now I'm at a level where we are doing an injury assessment to assess where I'm at with my goal of playing football and other sports.

Fab sports therapy massage in a cute private space next to the house so very peaceful. James is very knowledgeable and easy to get on with and I felt very comfortable telling him where I was in discomfort with my knotty shoulders. Definitely felt the stress and knots dissipating as the hour went on and will be back for more sessions! Thank you!

Incredibly knowledgable care. An injury that I had come to think of as chronic and that has left many a physio scratching their heads in bafflement was immediately diagnosed and I’m getting treatment and an exercise programme that are helping. I had more of less given up hope and now after just three weeks of treatment I’m able to run again. I also have an improved understanding of the mechanics lying behind my injury and why the treatments and exercises are helping the way they are. I am so happy to have found M20!

I had a very satisfying session again. I went with severe pack pain that even affecting my breathing. With Anastasia’s knowledge and and experience she explained what is causing and after the message I came out with less pain. Her suggestion of after exercises I managed to begin to do my daily life. I highly recommended for people who is suffering long term pain like back pain and specially plantar fasciitis ( which that is why I mainly go to her). Since I have been going Ana I have reduced my pain killers in take 80 pecent.
