Amy is an incredible myotherapist! Not only is she highly skilled and knowledgeable, but she also creates a warm, welcoming environment from the moment you walk in. Each session leaves me feeling better physically, and the conversation is always full of laughs. It’s like catching up with a good friend while getting top-notch care. I always leave feeling lighter, inside and out!

I have done the red light saunas here and 2x sessions of myotherapy with Jemma. The red light sauna is relaxing and pretty affordable for couples, with the choice of watching netflix or listening to music inside to get through the 45min session (haha). The myotherapy sessions have been a great help for me during pregnancy as my body and bones move and old injuries and new irritations arise, I will be sure to continue these each month so I don't end up in a pickle and can use my private health to help with costs for these sessions (depends what is included in your private health).

I received the colon hydrotherapy treatment and have had six sessions in total. The results are amazing. My sleep is normal, anxiety subsided, eating habits very healthy, no longer need my prescription puffer for my stage 2 emphysema as my lungs are clear. My belly has gone down dramatically, all fluids released, skin has cleared and overall wellbeing has improved and my mood is regular and calm. I have a happy tune. A lot more energy and enjoyment throughout the day. Clarissa is professional and brings a calm to the treatment. This treatment has been life changing for me.

Lee is always so caring, insightful and helps to implement lifestyle changes that make everything work better physically mentally and emotionally- He has the highest recommendation and I would recommend that everyone give Chinese medicine a go if you are results oriented!
