The relaxation massage was great. However, I booked a 1 hour massage and it it lasted for only 45 minutes. I booked it as a treat for my birthday and was very disappointed by this. My booking was from midday, but by the time I filled out forms, removed clothes etc it was about 12.10 & the masseuse left the room at exactly 12.53. I actually wasn’t even aware that she had finished. When I book & pay for 1 hour I expect 60 mins not 45 mins. Also, their website states that it’s in a large, blue building, when in fact it is in a small grey building, with very little signage.

Lovely massage and salt scrub experience

The clinic is warmly presented and so are the staff, very helpful and friendly. I've been seeing Gemma for a few years now and she's like an angel helping me with my muscle spasms with acupuncture and massages and as I am non-verbal Gem gets my feedback from using muscle testings. Though not every session is exactly the same as Gem has a large toolbox to help me with :))
